Pymble residence is a modern French style house for a builder's family. The brief was to reconfigure the existing house layout to comfortably accommodate the multi-generational family, and extend at the aide and rear with new living, dinning and outdoor spaces.
The residential development is driven by community - style living. Each townhouse has it unique façade and internal layout while sharing the same materiality and vision. The scheme aims to maximise water views as well as providing privacy between each unit.
The residential development adds texture, greenery and life to a currently underutilised but prominent site in regional NSW. The design capitalises on the stunning water and bush views whilst being sensitive to the ecology and community.
The apartment block has been designed to prioritise community, providing generously landscaped green spaces between buildings and commercial tenancies that contribute to amenity and activation for residents and surrounding neighbours.
Liverpool Duplex
This duplex development on a tight corner block emphasis on minimalist principles by using contemporary dark face bricks at the bottom and light rendered finish on the upper floor. With a touch of timber screening, it added warmth to the facades, elevated the simple shapes into an elegant evolution of modernist design principles.
Carlingford townhouse provides premium living specifically designed to support young families. Each townhouse provides large living space, cross ventilation and large outdoor balcony and landscaped courtyard for elegant low maintenance living. The facades, with its natural palette expressed in crafted brickwork, timber and metallic cladding, provide detail and material resilience.
Woolloomooloo Apartment is a renovation of an existing apartment in a prime waterfront location. A simple natural palette of materials were used to allow the spatial qualities of each room to be the focal point. Plywood was used throughout walls and ceilings to reduce glare from the water views.
Pyrmont Apartment is inspired by the raw beauty and tactility of its waterfront outlook. With the panoramic views to the bay, the living space is a true hero of the project. The kitchen island and splashback appear hewn from a block of foamy marble. Beyond, a broad dining area creates a luxurious entertaining space.
Lane Cove Eco house is tailored to the needs of a modern, environmentally conscious and socially responsible couple. We helped them realise their vision of a home that would be the embodiment of their commitment to the environment. The design provides a series of contrasting rooms that enriches the lives of the owners, providing them with space for thinking, for hosting, and for retreating.
