Selected Heritage Extension Projects

The existing house is located within Concord West Heritage Conservation Area. 

The brief  was to alter the existing house layout and build an open living and dinning space at the rear with emphasis on creating  family spaces for a young family, add highlight windows and raked ceiling to maximum natural lighting and ventilation.

Epping residence consists of alterations and additions to a Federation era house, upgrading the dwelling to to accommodate three generations of the one family.

The design consists of open plan living spaces and kitchen downstairs, and main bedroom and study suite upstairs.

Darlinghurst Terrace is a heritage terrace house extension and renovation.

The brief for the project was to update the house internally with emphasis on creating  elegant minimalist spaces, add a contemporary brick and lightweight clad addition to the rear of the dwelling,  and connect the rear of the terrace to the garden.
